The Champaign County Chamber of Commerce is launching a new program to promote civic involvement and leadership among high school sophomores and juniors who live and/or attend school in the county. The Champaign County Teen Leadership Academy is an offshoot of the Leadership Champaign County program, now in its fourth year.
