Introducing the New GoChampaign

We invite you to register as a user.

Even if you were registered as a user on the original GoChampaign, we ask that you take just a few moments to register here. Registrations will be reviewed and confirmed by the GoChampaign webmaster. After you receive an e-mail registration confirmation, you’re ready to fully participate in GoChampaign.

Enter the GoChampaign discussion forum by clicking on Discussion Forum at the top of the page. Join in ongoing discussions or start your own—on any topic. All we ask is that you follow the terms of use as you engage in civil, constructive discussions. An archive of discussion threads on the original GoChampaign is available.


Submit community news and events as a registered GoChampaign user. Your submissions will be reviewed by the GoChampaign webmaster before being posted on the site.

Post information about community organizations. Click on Submit a Listing on the GoChampaign homepage to enter information about your organization. Your submission will be reviewed by the webmaster and posted to the site.


Your GoChampaign dashboard provides easy access to all GoChampaign website features. Once you're logged in as a registered user, click on the dashboard link at the top of the page; here you can access the discussion forum, post new news articles or events, adjust your account details, and review and edit your recently posted items from one place.

GoChampaign background

GoChampaign has served Champaign County residents as an electronic discussion forum and information website since 2005. It is operated by the Champaign County Community Improvement Corporation (CIC).

The Champaign County web portal, www.champaignohio.com, was developed in 2009 through an agreement of the CIC, Champaign County Chamber of Commerce, Champaign County Department of Economic Development and the City of Urbana. It serves as Champaign County’s electronic gateway to the world. In addition to GoChampaign, the web portal includes the websites of the Champaign County Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Bureau, the Champaign County Department of Economic Development and the City of Urbana.
