Champaign Camera Group
Anyone interested in meeting with fellow photographers or learning the art of photography should take a look at www.champaigncameragroup.com or look for Champaign Camera Group on Facebook. We have had several group outings and held a few "photography 101" classes. All free. The group was started by Dave Millner and myself last April and we have about a dozen active participants. Youth choir gives holiday concert By SALLY JOHNSON
The 30-member Champaign County Youth Choir, under the direction of Kristen Williams and accompanied by assistant director Jane Martin, will perform a program of holiday and seasonal music at 2 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 17, at the Episcopal Church of the Epiphany, 230 Scioto St., Urbana. A reception will follow the concert, which is free and open to the public. During Art Affair, I was checking out one of the new antique shops and overheard an out of town visitor ask about the Man on the Monument. I've often been told by people that they've driven through Urbana and it looks like a nice town, but they didn't stop. It made me think again about the gravel lot on the square. My biggest fears came true
I was afraid that as soon as GoChampaign switched to this forum, the people would dissapear! While, I like many of the new features, the site appeas to have not done it job or intended purpose. To bring more people here. I can only hope that they are using other areas of the site, but the discussion board has been a complete flop. I hope that the mistake will be realized sooner than later and the forum will removed from this site and placed back as it's& ...

Registration Problem Fixed
When you registered for GoChampaign you likely noticed the glitch on the birth date calendar that wouldn't allow you to select a year earlier than 2001. This issue has been fixed. If you wish, you may edit your account to reflect your actual birth date. The birth date information is used only to keep tabs on the demographics of GoChampaign users. Sorry for the inconvenience.
